We are an operator first. We design, fund and run our own digital platforms in retail, editorial content and online services. The capabilities built for our own needs are then made available to clients and partners.

That order has consequences. We do not take a mandate in order to learn a field at a client's expense. We turn down projects we know will not produce the expected effect, even when they are asked for. And we stay on long engagements, because our own platforms impose the same horizon.

The team is small and multidisciplinary. The same person may read a server log in the morning and a supplier margin in the afternoon. That versatility is deliberate: it removes the coordination delays that make large structures expensive.

We document what we learn, especially the mistakes. Every incident and every trap encountered produces a written note whose purpose is to avoid meeting it twice. That written memory is what allows a small team to hold an estate of more than twenty systems in production.

Online retail, with multilingual stores operated in house. Editorial content and comparison platforms. Software services, bespoke or as platforms. And applied research in security, authenticity and instrumentation, which feeds the rest.
