Saviano Sàrl is a Swiss digital engineering company. Six divisions cover advertising, applied artificial intelligence, application development, infrastructure, security research and retail.
We do not sell billable hours. We build systems that run in production, day and night, and we take responsibility for operating them.
That position changes the nature of the work. A team that runs its own platforms knows what a failed deployment actually costs, how hard it is to get a product feed accepted by a shopping engine, and how long an incident response takes on a Sunday evening. Those constraints drive our technical choices, not fashion.

Scope
Six divisions, one chain of responsibility.
The divisions are not catalogue entries. Each maps to systems we genuinely operate, and they feed one another. Retail commissions infrastructure, the AI division tools the advertising division, and the security division audits everything else.
Method
Four steps, and nothing in between.
We apply the same sequence to a brochure site and to a merchant platform migration. What changes is the length of each step, never their order.

Measure before recommending
No recommendation is made before we have looked at the existing data: real traffic, server logs, advertising accounts, margin per product. Many problems presented as technical turn out to be measurement problems first.

Design for operations
An architecture is judged on its running cost over three years, not on its elegance on day one. We pick stable, documented, replaceable components, and we write for someone other than ourselves.

Ship without downtime
Every release goes live through an atomic switch. The new version is built alongside the current one, verified, then activated by changing a single link. Rolling back takes exactly as long as going live.

Operate and account for it
Monitoring, backups verified by real restores, an incident log, and a numbers review at an agreed interval. A project handed over without operations has not been handed over.

What is not measured does not exist
Every franc spent on acquisition has to reappear in an identified order. We reject dashboards that show growth the accounts cannot see.
Data stays with its owner
Secrets live in an encrypted vault, never in a code repository nor in a consumer file-sync service. Access is named and revocable.
The law applies to code as well
Data protection, consumer information, advertising disclosure rules, Swiss accounting obligations. Those constraints are designed in, not bolted on at the end.
