Retail and e-commerce

This division is the reason the other five stand up. It puts us in front of the end customer every day.

Commerce

Operating, not only advising

We run multilingual online stores, with their catalogue, their stock, their checkout, their logistics and their after-sales service. That activity exposes us to the full range of real difficulties in online retail, from declined payments to lost parcels, from fraud to carrier disputes.

Advice given from that position is not the same as advice given from a meeting room. We know what a tax mistake costs, what a rejected feed costs, and what a consent banner covering the buy button costs.

  • Multilingual stores operated in house
  • Catalogue, stock and prices held in a single database
  • Checkout tracked down to the success rate per country
  • After-sales service and dispute handling

Leaving a subscription platform

Many merchants reach the limit of a subscription solution: commission on revenue, customisation constraints, data that is hard to extract, dependence on paid extensions. Leaving is possible, but it demands serious treatment of the catalogue, the customers, the orders and above all the addresses already indexed.

We run those migrations with particular attention to redirects and structured data. A migration that succeeds technically but loses the traffic already earned is a failed migration.

  • Catalogue, customers and order history migrated
  • Complete redirect plan, address by address
  • Earned search positions preserved
  • Exit with no residual dependence on the old platform

Payment, invoicing and customs

Payment does not stop at collection. You have to handle the local methods expected in each country, success rates that vary from one market to the next, disputes and their evidence files, then invoicing with the applicable rates.

For cross-border flows we produce the expected customs documents and correctly handle the distinction between the seller and the declared shipper. That administrative detail blocks entire shipments when it is treated loosely.

  • Local payment methods and success rate tracked per country
  • Dispute handling and assembly of evidence files
  • Invoicing, applicable rates and accounting records
  • Customs documents and the seller versus shipper distinction
