Data protection

This site sets no analytics cookie, no advertising tracker and no third-party script. No consent banner is required, because there is nothing to consent to.

The only personal data we process is what you send us voluntarily through the contact form.

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, optionally your company name, the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message.

That data is used solely to handle your enquiry and to reply to you. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor used for unsolicited prospecting.

Processing rests on your explicit request and on our legitimate interest in answering it. Messages received are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted, except where a contractual relationship requires longer retention under accounting obligations.

Messages are transmitted by an email delivery provider acting as a processor, and received in our professional mailboxes. No data is passed to third parties for any other purpose.

The servers hosting this site are located in the European Union.

The server records technical logs containing the internet protocol address, the date, the requested resource and the response code. Those logs serve security and diagnosis, and are kept for a maximum of thirty days.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection concerning data about you, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where you reside in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation.

To exercise those rights, send us a request through the contact form. We answer within thirty days.
