Accounting and fiduciary firms
Document intake, prepared bookings, reminders, upload portal for clients.
Saviano designs, builds and operates complete SaaS platforms, adapted to each company’s line of business, from the ten-person firm to the group of several thousand. Artificial intelligence is built in from the design stage, and the whole chain, company, hosting, backups, models and support, is in Switzerland.

Company, hosting, AI, support
Business software is no longer a list of screens and forms. It reads incoming documents, prepares the work, proposes an answer, and lets a person decide. That is what we call AI-driven SaaS: the business stays yours, the machine does what repeats.
We deliver the whole: the application, the AI assistant, the integrations with your tools, hosting, security, support and evolutions. You do not assemble six suppliers; you have one contact in Geneva and a contract under Swiss law.
The scope changes, not the method: a written framing, a fast prototype, production by modules, then monthly operation.
10 to 50 people. A business tool that replaces spreadsheets and email, ready in a few weeks.
50 to 500 people. Several departments, several roles, flows between teams and towards clients.
500 people and more, several sites or subsidiaries. A dedicated, audited platform, with your compliance requirements.
Each platform is assembled from proven building blocks, then adapted to your line of business. You choose the ones you need.
Files, tasks, workflows
The core of the application: your business objects, your steps, your validation rules, with the history of every decision.
Reading, sorting, preparing, drafting
It reads incoming documents, matches them to the right file, prepares the answer or the booking, and cites its source. A person signs off.
Natural-language search
Your contracts, reports and letters indexed, searchable in plain language, with the page and the passage cited.
Reminders, exports, synchronisations
What repeats runs on its own, under control: reminders, accounting exports, synchronisations with your other tools.
Clients, suppliers, partners
A space in your colours where your clients upload, consult and sign. Every access is named and logged.
Indicators, alerts, reporting
The figures that matter to your management, up to date, with alerts when a threshold is crossed.
Data protection, policies, evidence
Record of processing, access rights, audit log and a security file ready for your clients’ questionnaires.
Hosting, backups, evolutions
Hosting in Switzerland, tested backups, monitoring, updates and minor evolutions included in the subscription.
A few examples of platforms we know how to build. Your sector is not listed? That is what the framing is for.
Document intake, prepared bookings, reminders, upload portal for clients.
Rental files, inventories, works tracking, communication with tenants and owners.
Client files, document search, assisted drafting, time tracking and invoicing.
Searchable technical documentation, project and site tracking, tenders prepared by AI.
Case handling, scheduling, compartmentalised sensitive documents, full access traceability.
Orders, stock, after-sales service, reseller portal, margin dashboards.
The same contact from the first workshop to production, and written milestones you approve.
Workshops with your teams, mapping of flows and data, scope of the first module, fixed quote. Deliverable: a document you keep, even if you do not continue with us.
A first usable version on your real data, tested by your users. We fix what gets in the way before building the rest.
Each module goes live when it is ready, with training, data migration and two weeks of parallel running where needed.
Hosting, backups, monitoring, support and minor evolutions in the subscription. Major evolutions get a quote, never a surprise.
When we say entirely Swiss, here is what that concretely covers. Each point is named in the contract, with the provider and the location.
A Swiss company remains subject to applicable law and may be required to disclose the data it holds. Protection depends on the actual architecture and the contractual scope; for the most sensitive data, the dedicated tier provides for keys held by your organisation.
Prices excluding tax, indicative until the quote. The framing gives a firm figure before any commitment.
CHF 3,500 to 9,000, fixed price
Depending on company size and the number of flows to map.
On quotation, typically CHF 40,000 to 250,000
Prototype then modules, invoiced per approved milestone.
From CHF 1,500 per month
All inclusive, adjusted to the number of users and the modules chosen.
The code developed specifically for you belongs to you. The platform’s shared building blocks remain under licence, with a reversibility clause: full export of your data and documentation handed over, whatever the reason for leaving.
The short answers; the framing gives the long ones.
Both. The foundation (accounts, rights, documents, AI assistant, portal, operations) is shared and proven; what is built for your line of business is yours alone. That is what makes a prototype possible in six weeks rather than six months.
No. It reads, sorts, prepares and proposes; an authorised person signs off whatever commits you. The level of automation is decided flow by flow, and can be changed at any time.
No. Models run on infrastructure in Switzerland, without retaining your content. If a third-party model is needed for a specific use, it is named and subject to your written consent.
You get your data back in an open format, with the documentation. The specific code developed for you belongs to you; the shared building blocks remain under licence, which is written into the contract from the start.
No. The platform connects to your accounting, your email and your files. The framing says what integrates and what does not, before any commitment.
Yes. The dedicated tier provides for separate servers, keys managed by your organisation, single sign-on on your directory and documented recovery drills.
A first thirty-minute conversation is enough to say whether a framing makes sense, and what it would cost.
