A Swiss company remains subject to applicable law and may be required to disclose the data it holds. Protection depends on the actual architecture and the contractual scope; for the most sensitive data, the dedicated tier provides for keys held by your organisation.

What management asks us first.

Is this custom-built or a product?
Both. The foundation (accounts, rights, documents, AI assistant, portal, operations) is shared and proven; what is built for your line of business is yours alone. That is what makes a prototype possible in six weeks rather than six months.
Does the AI decide for us?
No. It reads, sorts, prepares and proposes; an authorised person signs off whatever commits you. The level of automation is decided flow by flow, and can be changed at any time.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Models run on infrastructure in Switzerland, without retaining your content. If a third-party model is needed for a specific use, it is named and subject to your written consent.
What happens if we want to leave?
You get your data back in an open format, with the documentation. The specific code developed for you belongs to you; the shared building blocks remain under licence, which is written into the contract from the start.
Do we have to change our current tools?
No. The platform connects to your accounting, your email and your files. The framing says what integrates and what does not, before any commitment.
Can a large company require dedicated infrastructure?
Yes. The dedicated tier provides for separate servers, keys managed by your organisation, single sign-on on your directory and documented recovery drills.
