Dirty Elodie privacy policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
In short
Dirty Elodie never asks for an account, a name or an email address. Your game stays on your device. The game shows no ads and contains no analytics tool and no tracker.
This policy covers the Dirty Elodie app for iPhone and Android and the browser version at dirtyelodie.saviano.ch. The saviano.ch website has its own policy, on the Data protection page.
Who is responsible
The game is published by Saviano Sàrl, Geneva (Switzerland), UID CHE-173.731.287. For any question about your data, write to us through the contact form on the website and mention “Dirty Elodie”.
What stays on your device
The game saves on your phone, or in your browser, what it needs to carry on your game: your progress, your coins and diamonds, the state of Elodie's flat, her places and her album, and your settings (language, sound).
This data never leaves your device and Saviano has no access to it. Deleting the app, or clearing the site data in your browser, deletes the game. We keep no copy that could restore it.
Notifications
The game's notifications are local: your phone schedules them itself, from the simulation running on the device. No Saviano server sends them, and no notification identifier is passed to us.
On iPhone, and on recent versions of Android, your phone asks for your permission before the first one. You can turn them off at any time in its settings.
Purchases and diamonds
The first version of the apps contains no in-app purchases. Diamonds are earned by playing and counted on your device, like the rest of the game.
If purchases come in a future version, they will go through the App Store or Google Play, and this page will be updated before they arrive to say exactly what is sent, to whom and why.
What goes over the network
The app and its updates are downloaded from Apple's App Store or Google Play. These stores process their own data under their own policies; Saviano receives aggregated, anonymous download statistics from them, never your identity.
The browser version is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the game files and protect the service. It checks from time to time whether a new version exists, without sending anything about your game. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which then receives your IP address.
The “A Saviano game” link opens the saviano.ch website, which has its own policy.
What we don't do
- No account, no social network login
- No ads, neither in the game nor for other apps
- No analytics or behaviour tracking
- No advertising identifier read from your device
- No location, contacts, photos or microphone
- No selling or renting of data
Children
The game collects no personal data from anyone, whatever their age. A parent with a question can write to us through the contact form.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, if you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As we keep no game data, most requests are settled on your device: deleting the app erases everything.
For any request, write to us through the contact form. We reply within thirty days. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.
Changes
If the game changes the way it handles data, this page is updated before the version concerned, and the date above changes.
