Write to the studio
A problem, an idea, a clumsy translation? Write to us through the contact form on the website and start your message with “Dirty Elodie”. The form exists in French, English and German; write in whichever language you are most comfortable with.
To help us understand quickly, tell us:
- your phone model and its system version
- whether you play in the app or in the browser
- the game's language
- what you were doing and what happened, with a screenshot if you can
Elodie trashed everything while I was away
That's normal, it's the whole game. Elodie keeps living when you close the app: when you come back, the time that passed is replayed on your device and the flat shows every trace of it. The longer you wait, the more time she has had to come up with something.
Where is my game?
On your device, and only there. There is no account and no online save: deleting the app, or clearing the site data in the browser, deletes the game. The browser version and the app each have their own game, and your game does not follow you to a new phone.
Notifications
They tell you what Elodie has just done, and they tell the truth: they are worked out on your phone from the same simulation as the game. To turn them on or off, go to your phone's notification settings, under Dirty Elodie.
Language and sound
The game follows your phone's language. To pick another, open the Menu, then Language: French, English, Russian, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese or Arabic. Sound is turned off and on in the same Menu.
Purchases and diamonds
The first version of the apps contains no purchases. Diamonds are earned by playing: levelling up, chests, successful missions, a completed album. They never buy a win.
Deleting my data
Delete the app, or clear the site data in your browser: that's all. We keep no data from your game. The details are in the game's privacy policy.
